At Xpert™, we understand that changes may be needed. This policy outlines how you can cancel or modify your order. For assistance, please email [email protected].

Order Cancellation

• Within 12 hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
• After 12 hours: We will try our best, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once delivered (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

• Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Item or quantity changes: Possible only before processing starts; otherwise, place a new order and return the original after delivery (if eligible).
• Gift notes/wrapping: We can add these if your order has not yet been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider, usually 3–10 business days.
