Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged products
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

Return Process

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees (e.g., $7.99) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if you wish to switch sizes or colors.
