• Standard items: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email when your parcel ships.

• Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Asia, Middle East & Latin America: 6–16 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

While shipping is always free, international orders may still incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are emailed once dispatched. You can also track directly on our Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
• For damage or missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and verification by Xpert™.

Shipping Restrictions

• Some oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for international delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to unsupported destinations.
