1) Eligibility & Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products listed in your cart and agree to the prices, taxes, and shipping fees displayed at checkout.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after order submission.
• In rare cases of stockouts or quality rechecks, we may cancel and refund your order or offer alternatives.
• Discount codes cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash and may be subject to additional terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally via trusted carriers. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days; made-to-order items may require 5–7 business days. International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees assessed by local authorities and payable by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions and exclusions.

5) Handmade Characteristics

Xpert™ products are crafted in small batches by skilled artisans. Minor variations in color, grain, size, or finish are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects. Product imagery aims to represent items accurately, but colors may vary across screens and natural materials.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, designs, photographs, logos, product names, and software—is owned by Xpert™ or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. If you believe your rights are infringed, please submit a claim via our Intellectual Property Claim or DMCA page.

7) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Xpert™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing, subject to applicable law.
• You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
• We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product experience.

8) Prohibited Activities

• Using the Site for unlawful purposes, including fraud, counterfeit sales, harassment, or IP infringement.
• Interfering with security features, attempting to access accounts without authorization, or scraping the Site.
• Posting spam, advertisements, or misleading claims about Xpert™ products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpert™ and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Xpert™ for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xpert™ from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any rights.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdictions where Xpert™ operates. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction where we are located or where you reside. You and Xpert™ agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date below indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
